Deioniser / Demineralizer

Mg + 2R(H)+ => 2R(Mg) + 2(H) (R denoted as resin)
Which hydrogen solution present as cationize free water, whereby cationic particles shall be bonded to resin until a regeneration with acid solution (HCL) is introduce. The regeneration process is denoted as 2R(Mg) + 2(H)à Mg + 2R(H)+ which the cationic particle is drain out during regeneration process when acid solution is ejected to cation exchager unit. The process will repeat when the resin is fully regenerated.

Si + 2R(OH)- => 2R(Si) + 2(OH) (R denoted as resin)
Which hydroxyl solution present as anionize free water, and combine with cationize water as demineralizer water for process / boiler; whereby anionic particles shall be bonded to resin until a regeneration with caustic solution (NaOH) is introduce. The regeneration process is denoted as 2R(Si) + 2(OH)à Si + 2R(OH)- which the anionic particle is drain out during regeneration process when caustic solution is ejected to silica removal unit. The process will repeat when the resin is fully regenerated.
